My practice is part art, part science, and part personal spiritual journey. My work centers on my passion for exploring consciousness in nature through photography, and movement. I see nature as an intelligent and aware being, full of creativity and intention.
In my work I expand on the idea that water is the missing link in our theories of evolution. I go on to show that water is the body of consciousness itself and that our bodies are simply water’s invention to travel and create; our bodies are simply vehicles. Whether plant, animal or human, every vessel of water is a vessel of consciousness, the only difference being the function and the level of complexity of the vehicle used. In the past 3 years I have been exhibiting large-scale images of Faces of Water and lecturing about “WATER - the architect of nature”. I shift the common concept in science that water is the canvas for life into a different model in which water is the painter (active) and soil is the canvas (passive). Images of movement in water have attracted many musicians and dancers from all over the world. We have collaborated on many live performances and compositions.
